SELECTMEN’S MEETING MINUTES

January 12, 2018

The meeting was called to order at 9:00 am by Chairman Harris.  Present were Ms. Pitt and Mrs. Paight. Also present were Ellen Smith, Town Administrator, Police Chief Lyons and Bob Hill of Stone Pond Technologies.

Mr. Hill discussed additional services he could offer the Town and why such services are important.  The Board was given some pricing information to review and mentioned that they will be looking into IT services for the entire town including the Library, Fire Department, Town Office and Police Department in the near future.

Chairman Harris moved and Mrs. Paight seconded the motion to adjourn the meeting, vote to approve was 3-0.  Meeting adjourned at 10:50 am.
