6-17-2020 UPDATE ON TOWN OF MARLBOROUGH FACILITIES AND OPERATIONS IN RESPONSE TO COVID-19

This alert has updated to reflect the measures currently in place to safeguard the health of our staff and the public based on recommendation from State and Federal Officials. 

Town Office Building located at 236 Main Street

Due to the fact that we are unable to abide by the recommended social distancing measures, the Town Office building will remain closed for walkins. Most business that is transacted with the offices of the Town Clerk, Tax Collector and Board of Selectmen can take place by electronic means.  We ask that you utilize our online services and electronic means of communication as follows:

Motor vehicle and dog license renewals visit https://www.eb2gov.com or www.marlboroughnh.org  Town Clerk’s page then click the link in the lower left-hand corner for online dog licensing or motor vehicle registration. 

New vehicles, new dogs, transfers of vehicles, current balances due  please call the Town Clerk’s Office at 603-876-4529 for more information.

WELFARE OFFICE

All in person appointments are suspended.  The welfare application packet can be found on our website www.marlboroughnh.org or by calling 603-876-3751.  Applicants are asked to please deliver completed materials either via email at welfareadmin@marlboroughnh.org, mail to:

Town Beach

Per order of the Board of Selectmen on 6/16/2020 the town beach will reopen on Friday June 19, 2020. Please follow social distancing recommendations of the CDC. 


Recreation facilities 

Playing fields are gradually reopening in accordance with the guidance published by the Governor's Economic Reopening Taskforce.


Recycling/Transfer Station (RTC):

Effective Wednesday, June 24, 2020, the RTC will resume the collection of recyclables.  Effective immediately staff will resume collecting cash and checks for the purchase of bags and bulk items.
