The Town of Marlborough has decided to take additional measures in an effort to further safeguard the health of our staff and the public based on recommendation from State and Federal Officials.

Effective 3-19-2020 at noon and until further notice:

Town Office Building located at 236 Main Street suspending all walk-ins

Please utilize our online services, all fees are temporarily suspended.  If you require service that cannot be handled online please call for further instruction.

For motor vehicle renewals and dogs license renewals visit https://www.eb2gov.com or www.marlboroughnh.org  Town Clerk’s page then click the link in the lower left-hand corner for online dog licensing or motor vehicle registration. 

For new vehicles, new dogs and transfers of vehicles please call the Town Clerk’s Office at 603-876-4529 for more information.

To pay tax, water or sewer bills please mail payments to:

Property Inventory Forms will be due June 1, 2020 instead of April 15, 2020, there will be a slight delay in mailing of the forms.

Most transactions with the Selectmen’s Office can be handled via email.  If you need a property card, tax map, permit application or other information, please begin with an email to esmith@marlboroughnh.org or a phone call to 603-876-3751.

Welfare Office:

All in person appointments are suspended.  The welfare application packet can be found on our website www.marlboroughnh.org or by calling 603-876-3751.  Applicants are asked to please deliver completed materials either via email at welfareadmin@marlboroughnh.org or mail to:

Recreation facilities are closed.

Recycling/Transfer Station (RTC):

Hours of operation will remain the same, however, all recycling is suspended.  The trash compactor will be available for disposal of household waste.  We ask that if you can retain your recyclables until the situation abates and recycle them later, it would be appreciated.  If you are unable to do so, you may dispose of recyclables with your household waste.  Additionally, please use discretion discarding bulky waste and wait to discard items requiring a disposal fee, until the situation abates.
