Marlborough Community Association
The Marlborough Community Association (MCA), is a non-profit organization of volunteers working for the good of Marlborough. The MCA publishes the Marlborough Bulletin, sponsors the annual spring roadside clean-up, places flags for national holidays, and holds a fall picnic among other activities.
The MCA is funded by voluntary dues of $10 per family per year and by donations.

The three "Welcome" signs that greet those coming into Marlborough were purchased and installed by the MCA. A trust fund for the elderly has been established and is administered by the Selectmen.
